I had a great experience with The Junk Bay. Sam was prompt, showed up exactly when she said she would, and communicated clearly throughout the process. She texted before arrival, which I really appreciated. She quickly hauled away an old BBQ from my backyard and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It helped me clean up my backyard area without any hassle. I would absolutely recommend The Junk Bay to anyone who needs reliable and professional junk removal.

I’m from Texas, and when a friend of mine was affected by the storm, I referred her to 360. The owner, a close friend of mine, was able to schedule her at the earliest available date and offered a better price than other companies that had weeks-long wait times.
We hired this company to help us with junk removal and couldn't be happier with their work! First she is an Army vet with almost a decade of service, and is professional and very strong. I would hire her again and recommend her highly to anyone who needs help removing unwanted things. All of this is now gone!!
